Do you deliver to Perth metro?

  • we certainly do deliver to the Peth Extended Metro Area, insert your postcode on any product page to find out if we deliver to your area and calculate your shipping expenses.
  • The extended metro area includes suburbs as far as Mandurah and Clarkson!
  • the delivery rate displayed is available only on orders placed online.
  • We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a residential or commercial address when placing your order.

Do you deliver to Regional WA?

  • Yes we do! We have recently partnered with a local shipping company to offer you complete peace of mind and the convenince of ordering to wherever you are in WA.

Do you deliver Australia wide?

  • Get in touch with us and we will arrange a quote for you.

You don’t deliver to my postcode, but you do delivery to an address close to mine

  • If you live outside our delivery zones, we recommend getting the item delivered to a friend or relative's address.

Can I pick up my furniture?

  • We do not offer a pick up option and we do not carry stock for you to take home in our showroom.

How will my order be delivered?

  • We use a range of carriers to deliver our products to your doorstep and offer you the best service at the best rates.
  • Please note that the services our couriers offer do not include taking items inside your home, into lifts, upstairs or packaging removal and disposal.
  • Oversized Items: Drivers will need assistance in unloading any item that is marked as oversized as per OH&S requirements. To find out whether your item is oversized please check the description on the product page. If your dwelling is not on the ground floor or has limited access we suggest getting the help of family, friends or neighbours to bring the item inside.

When will I receive my items?

  • Once you place your order you will receive an email within 24 hours to inform you of the delivery date and time.
  • We strive to offer you a superior service and believe we can live up to the promise of delivering in stock items to the Perth Extended Metro area in 1-2 business days. However allow 5 business days for your order to be delivered. If you live outside the Perth Extended Metro area allow 15 days for your order to be delivered.
  • Deliveries take place between Monday and Friday 

Do I have to be home to receive the items?

  • Yes, we require someone to be at home in order to sign the delivery form in which you confirm that the goods were delivered in suitable condition (without obvious defects or damage).
    You can, however, make a special request to sending us an email stating that you authorise the driver to leave the goods unattended at your front door. By doing so you void your warranty and neither Monbell nor our Courier can be held liable for any loss, theft or damage to your item once delivered.
