I changed my mind on a product I have received, can I return it?
- Unfortunately no, we don’t accept change of mind returns. We attempt to provide you with as much information as possible when making a purchase, including images and size measures, so you can make an informed decision.
I received my item damaged what do I do?
- If you notice any damage upon delivery, please make the appropriate notes on the delivery cart before signing it for the driver. Pictures are always welcome as they will allow us to resolve any issue more quickly.
- If you realise your item is damaged only once unboxed, send us an email at email@example.com, within 24 hours of receiving your item, with an exhaustive description of the damage and attach photographic/video evidence. We will get back to you as soon as possible and arrange a solution.
